Blue Cheese, Agave Pears.

Okay, so it's no secret that I have a major sweet tooth. Come over to my house and I'll start baking just so I can have a single cookie and send you home with the rest. I mean, it's out of control.

This sweet little snack has been my go to lately. Yes, the combination seems a bit unusual, but this is one of those things you seriously shouldn't knock until you try. It's amazing. The sweetness of the agave and pear is balanced out perfectly by the sharpness of the blue cheese. I could go on and on, but I'll let you try it for yourself. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Pear
Agave Syrup
Blue Cheese
(You can also top with pecans or walnuts if you'd like)

Cut pear in half. Hollow out center, fill with Blue Cheese. Top with agave syrup.

                          Enjoy!
